This workshop is for anyone above the age of 13 who is interested in the basic foundations and living practice of the sacred science of Ifa (the wisdom of nature) as a transformative wholistic educational and wellness practice.

This bi-monthly workshop will be facilitated by an initiated priest of Ifa. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the ancient African traditional foundations and universal modern-day healing applications of Ifa. As with most indigenous practices, ancestral wisdom and veneration will be at the center. Obi and Odu divination systems, Orisha (personification of forces of nature), the basics of numerology, and the historical and present-day applications of this wisdom will all be examined.

This 8 module course will span 4 months and will be supported by suggested readings, interactive handouts, and guest teachers to support core ideas and build an authentic learning community. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the ancient African traditional foundations and universal modern-day healing applications of Ifa.
